You have no right judging anyone.  I am just as smart if not smarter than most on this site.  I am not sure you are familar with the verse that reads: "Judge and ye shall not be judged".  You need to stop and take a good long look at yourself before passing judgement on anyone's inteligence.

Looks like you need help with your spelling and grammar.  You have a sentence in your last post that should have said let them do your talking not let them do you talking.

It is almost like this is a different person doing the post now.  Dyna Mite, you started off being a complete jerk, you got the treatment you deserved for that.  If you had conducted yourself in the manner you are now displaying I am sure there would never have been a single reply by anyone on this thread.

First impressions are the only chance you get to win someone over usually.  Perhaps it would be best to let this side of you out only or.... let the person who posted the above reply do you talking.  No one can really respect the mind of the person who started the trouble.

Ted and I are not the same people.  Ted is the terrific guy who has this board up for primarily steam cleaners.  I on the other hand clean carpets and have done so for over 35 years.  That is point one.

We have heard the rants and raves of one buyer, that is one half of the story.  We reserve judgment until both sides have had their say.  We decide for our individual selves who we determine is lying or if someone in this sale is a half-listener.  That is point two.

Try apologizing for acting out in an unprofessional manner about something so trite and cease making false derogatory statements about Ted who is a friend to everyone here.  Start by accepting some ownership in the problems you are so vocal about and stop blaming everyone else with a school boy demeanor.  The whole world can't be wrong and only you be right unless your problem is a false sense of superiority and a fear of being inadequate to discuss topics of common interest with those of the same business interests.

Try using this simple rule: if you can't say something positive about somebody don't say anything at all.

Can you take a shot at demonstrating some civility or must you strive at alienating everyone around you encouraging them to shun and dismiss you?

Until Rotovac responds to your allegations color yourself silent on the issue.  We have heard enough from your side, we should provide Cliff a chance to respond. 

You have presented facts, we can determine our own conclusion.  Editorializing your posting demonstrates what some may interpret as a modern day example of "Me thinks he doth protest to much."

There are many costs of doing business.....how about cleaning a 17 room house and not getting paid ( I think you would post a comment here and rant and rave about the experience ).....how about buying $ 300 winter tires only to have them blow out on you 5 times during the winter like it happened to me, having them replaced free of charge but with a bad attitude from the store manager saying that it's the way I'm driving.....would you post a heads up on this site for others to be aware of the brand..........Daniel is pissed and rightly so
