I use an electric oil heated radiator. With the portable I had a greenhouse fan heater but not a good idea with petrol fumes from TM carbs.

Only problem is you are relying on convection to circulate the air.

We work in -40celcius (-40 fareinheit too I guess).   Our vans have insulation blown inside on the walls and the whole undercarraige. Put some Foil back insulation over the windows when your not driving and a couple ceramic heater inside will do the trick.
