We see it all the time. The veteran carpet cleaner who, despite decades of wanding, still could not write a $1,000 check today if he had to. How does that happen? It happens when someone takes the attitude that they know it all or that they have seen it all.

Sometimes, the trap lies in complacency. The notion that having seen and done it all equates to financial security. Yet, the world keeps turning, and the industry evolves. Adaptability and a continuous thirst for knowledge can be the keys to staying ahead, not just in carpet cleaning techniques but also in business acumen.

The willingness to embrace new technologies, marketing strategies, and financial planning is what propels a carpet cleaning veteran from just wanding to thriving. It's a reminder that in this ever-changing industry, staying a perpetual student might be the secret to writing that $1,000 check with ease.

Best Regards,
KingCarpetClean Thumbs Up

Is this the way they speak to their perspective boss?
They might be a young aggressive hard working future tech, but it sure doesn't come across that way.

I told him or her to fill out the application and send it to me and we would discuss pay if they were chosen for an interview. Haven't heard back , nor do I expect to.
