We should more carefully control who we let on here. Look at that...just like that he hijacked our thread.

You know that kind of reminds me of the time I was out diving and I saw a Killer Whale jumping around us. Never did see him but we could here him in the water. What an weird sound they make.

I would look at that Magic Wand green stuff and try it. They will give you a sample or a heavily discounted first order.

Its DFC 105. I have a sample that I didn't even try because I heard that it didn't work well at all

I forget why I'm on the bonnet op board??

Oh ya...that Carbonated Solutions stuff...they say you can use it with just pre-spray and bonnet...no residue...I did try that and it leaves the carpets a little crusty and when you walk onto a hard floor you can hear the residue sticking to your shoe.

That doesn't sound very good. Resoiling may be an issue

By the sounds of things interm encaping followed by HWE every couple of few encaps might be you solution depending on the type of carpet and the type of soiling.

You can try vacaway products or releasit products. Both are good.

Hi,

I've tried the No Soap Stuff.  I have 3 of their Sprayers.  It leaves the carpet Crunchy when it dries.  When the Chem Dry patent ran out and this stuff came out.  It's expensive to use.  To fill a five gallon tank it cost $5.00 or more and You'll use most  or all on a 17oo Sq foot job.  I don't use it anymore.  It's OK but not great.

Barry

Yes it does leave the carpets slightly crunchy, however first vacuum seems to take care of that.

What have you found that works better?

Vacaway seems to have 2 green solutions, one encap and one for bonnet cleaning of carpets that can be used as a prespray on furniture as well.  Good prices too.  I will give them a try.

It's ORY GUN, not OR A GONE. Learn to talk.
