I send letters to prospects offering to do a 200 sq ft area of their choice for a demo. If they call you, they will buy. I have never done a demo and not gotten the job

Chamber of Commerce directory is what I used last time. I faxed out 60 letters and got 3 jobs. One was around $3000.00. Another was an initial $250.00 but has since given me at least another $2500.00 and the other was around $300....no demo.

Try one mailing with that no obligation offer. I have offered it on the phone to prospects who call looking for a quote. If they go for the demo, you're in. If they don't, they're not serious enough
