Been doing mostly residential. Did a Chinese Restaurant tonight. Priced it at .35 per square foot. I was a little surprised to get the work at that price, but when I finished they tipped me up to .40 per square. So, I guess they were happy. But I wasn't very pleased with the results. A lot of crap came out of that carpet, but a lot didn't. I tried Quake & Point Blue on 1/2 of the carpet and Flex (low VOC)& Point Blue on the other half. Results were about the same. What would you guys recommend for prespray and rinse?
By the way, I've heard good things about Flex prespray. I wasn't overly impressed, but I'm required to use "Low Voc" here in Virginia. Anybody know if there's a big difference between the two? Thanks for any advice. |
