I'm looking for a new and easy-to-use tool to clean the tiles. It is for home based not for professionals. So, suggest some good and budget products.

Mop and bucket and a deck brush. I know many guys who started out that way.
Mop your chems down, let swell. Hit the floor and grout lines with the deck/grout brush.  Shop vac it up and mop with clean water.

 Whoalah! Done!
