Can any of you professionals give me advice about the Dry Fusion method of carpet cleaning? It looks a lot easier on the back than a wand, less heavy equipment to maul around, but does it do a sufficient job, will customers come back to me. Not sure weather to go dry or wet.

I'm not familiar with the specifics of "dry fusion," except that it's another bonnet system. Some customers prefer a quick-dry bonnet cleaning. Others prefer steam cleaning. Figure out your market.

I have had the system for about 14 years.
It is a lot less stressful on your body, and yes it is a bonnet system but, this one actually works.
Its also ideal for upholstery using the mitt pads and there is an appliance for doing stairs.
Take a look at this site and scroll down the left hand side and play the video.

Thanks Mike, thats helpful, looks a really good system, but I can't see how it cleans deep in to the pile, I know the pile is not as long these days but does it not just do the top half of the pile? It must also be a bit awkward doing the corners. Happy cleaning.
