Age has nothing to do with it.  HWE is the only way on residential.

Only been cleaning for 40 years and did not start until I was 30. Nothing like a good wand with glides.

If you are a solo act, young with strong muscles and a back in good shape I agree with Don. 
However, if you are older like me (58) with muscles getting weaker and a failing back then bonnet or OP might be a better solution. 
Or get used to wearing at least one back brace at a time along with knee supports and gloves to protect skin that no longer is as thick as cowhide.

If you are talking residential cleaning stick to HWE.

Well I have read a lot about this but I am still not sure how this system works? Im kinda confused on this system. Can someone give an in depth description of how it all works and what you do?
