New to the game, need advise please

Hi all, I'm looking to set up soon. I was going to buy a rug doctor wide pro but now I'm all bogged down with psi! These machines have very low psi but seem to have great reviews? Can anyone offer any advise, I have around 700 for a machine to get me started (i know it's not much) I'm only planning on doing family and friends in my spare time. I don't know much atm, I am looking into the various courses that are on offer at the moment too.
