hard floor video

Hi my name is Des rynne and im new to this site and like a lot of carpet cleaners would like to get into Hard floor cleaning. Question Are there any video,s dvd .s out there that show you from the start how to do hard floor cleaning .There are loads that just show you the turbo hybrid going over the tile floor but i would like to see it from the start .ie how you prepare a floor for cleaning ect Many thanks Des
