Hey guys, what do you think?  I'm wanting to add carpet cleaning to my small house cleaning business and saw this for sale. Any insight appreciated.

Depends on the year and condition of the vehicle and the Bane. Banes are usually reliable, but not very powerfulBig%20smile

Thanks for the response.
1992 Ford Econoline, kelly blue book says value about $1700.  The Bane is supposedly little used but needs one of the heaters repaired, would this be a major hassle?  I saw only 100 PSI of pressure on the Bane-clean website for this unit, which seems low.  I am planning on buying a rotovac, is a truck mount still as important with a rotovac as compared to a portable?  I was looking at the Mytee 1003DX, with 450 PSI pressure.  Is the TM usually better in terms of "time of cleaning," or even with todays portables are there significant quality differences?

100 psi as the upper limit is crap. If you're going to add carpet, you should add tile & grout, which is way more lucrative. You need at least 500 psi for that. Keep looking.

Thanks for the insight, I am thinking the same regarding the power.  Has anyone used the vapor steam method for grout cleaning?  How does this compare to using the extracting machines to clean grout/tile, I was thinking of going that route.
