So far for encap we like the Encapsit best.

We have tried Spin Vac, Realisit, Encapuclean, Brush and Bonnet and Mist and Brush and none stood up to Encapsit.

OP is just short for a "random orbit oscillating pad machine"

Encapsulation refers to the chemistry.

You can use an OP to encap, I believe some call it Padcapping.

Encap refers to specific type of cleaning products that encapsulate dirt, (forming a fragile crystal around dirt as it dries,) -  used with either op or rotary cleaning.

You can either

1).brush the product in and then vacuum when dry -
     true "scrub and run" encapping.
2.) spray product and then use a wet  pad to agitate the product in (only
a few wet pads are used), and then vacuum when dry. Few pads
used  - remainder of soil removed by vacuuming. Known as padcapping.

Regular op'ing is spraying down cleaning product and allowing some dwell time, then going over with damp pads, and changing pads frequently until pads come up fairly clean. (Many more pads are used.) Dirt is removed with the damp pads, post vacuuming is for grooming, not soil removal.
