It is Jack. But I choose to debate things that are important to me. This isn't. I am not going to spend my time trying to make a point over and over again that I consider I have already made.As you well know, there are people in this world that will call white black, and black white.Nothing I can do about that.

Brain is getting soft... wasn't sure how to spell molecules... just like I'm not sure how to spell hydrogen and two oxygen molecules... anyways they are bouncing around even more once the are under pressure....so the rate of evaporation once it hits the carpet will be faster than cold water....the MOLECULES don't just stop moving once they hit the carpet... thats why when you clean you can see vapour steam still comming up off the carpets from up to 60 seconds....that certainly doesn't happen with cold
do you own test...opppss I forgot you don't have a working unit....you got a plate warmer instead...lol
particles molecules ...you knew what I ment..you a$$...lol

This is one of those"You can't see the forest for the trees" types of debates. It stops people from seeing the big picture. The big picture is what is important.BUT, it is a fact that most arguments are not over the big picture stuff, but over a small detail or two. This is true wether it is a case of leaving the top off the toothpaste, or which direction the toilet paper comes off the role. People are funny that way, but I doubt these things will ever change.

Jack: Nobody is saying the water remains HOT. But it does lose some of it's kenetic energy and go to a warm state that still evaporates at a faster rate than cold water does, until it's temperature EQUALS the cold water that it is being compared to. How long is that process? It is somewhere between 60 seconds and 600 seconds depending on a whole bunch of factors that I have no intention of getting into here. The important point for you to understand is that most people that read this do not give a sh*t wether that time is 60 seconds OR 600 seconds! It is only an academic argument of merrit to people that have nothing better to talk about, and I am NOT I of them, eh?
