Cement floors painted gray with a polyurithane coating applyed to them. It may not be poly but it sure looks like it. The floors are smooth not rough. There are shoes scuffs and stuff like that on them.

Johnsons UHS cleaner and a blue or black pad. Sounds like an epoxy coating on the floor
