Thanks Paul. I get a pile of hits on it and been a great asset to the business. Every little bit helps especially with T&G cleaning as most people aren't aware of it.

My porty has a built in heater but with any porty with doing t&g cleaning, the heater won't keep up. There's too much water going through as the same as pressure washing. It's around $3.500 - %4,000 for the porty and then your tools. I usually run anywheres from 800 - 1,200 psi. Have to be careful that you don't blow out any grout. If you know how to do grout repairs it's not too bad.

Have a good one. Mark

I use a 360 for tile and Grout and only use about 700 -900 psi and get awesome results.
