Only short ones. Don't like to be away more than a week at a time. $hit always happens when you're not there.

Like the movie Home Alone...................if I ever left my boys alone the house would be destroyed and the boys would be in jail from the complaints the neighbors would make. I'm not worried about my kids trashing my house or having a party. I'm worried about my customers who expect service not getting it fast enough. As you know they can be very demanding.

I have the same problem when I go away for a week. I come back and some customers will not deal with anybody else but me. And I get sh*t like it was my fault I wasn't there for them. Hmmmmm August 2 weeks in Nova Scotia, June a week long boys only fishin' trip,July a week fishin' with my kids, September a week salmon fishing.... I'll need to take a holiday from all the vacationing. ------------- Certified to be certifiable. |

My dentist owns a condo in Panama City, Florida (the Red Neck Riveria) and he usually lets us have it a couple times a year...we make it down for a week or so in the summer and in the fall...on the fall trip, I take the cleaning truck down and clean the carpets and upholstery before we leave...beats the hell out of paying $100.00 per night for a motel room... ------------- 25 years of cleaning carpet and my back hurts |
