Do use air movers to speed drying on carpet jobs?

If you do, how many do you use?

Do you leave them and pick them up later, or just take them when you leave?

Do you advertise their use in your literature?

Seems like a lot of work to me.  They eat up a lot of space in my van.

What are your opinions?

With my high heat machine, greenglide, the dry summers, solvent protector, and an air mover, I have very fast dry times.

I use them often, usually two at a time.  I move them out the house as I clean...a room at a time.  I don't get it completely dry, but a little bit goes a LONG way in reducind dry times.

I take them with me.

My opinions...ken is a liar and jarwad DePOG is an idiot!

I only use air movers if there is an obvious potential for wicking

I use air movers as an alternative to Air Conditioning

Less than 1hr on nylon and less than 30min on comm. grade... without airmovers...It's wanding technique....

My drying tmes are not that big of a problem, although I am ready to learn anything to help.

As with a lot of things it's perception.  I want to give the customer the highest level of service.  If that means bringing in airmovers, then I'm there.

Bridgepoint Saber 2000, 18hp (Prochem Blazer) Normally the RotoVac, If its really bad I use the RX-20.

Since I started this post I've been taking at least one in on every job.  The first room I do is pretty much dry by the time I leave.
