Where do you advertise? i find that word of mouth works for me

every great job gets me new customers

right you are,client referrals are the absolute best,the job is allready sold before you get the call and the service price is never a problem

WORD OF MOUTH IS GREAT......THE PROBLEM IS THAT WHEN YOU COME ACCROSS A DIS-SATISFIED CUSTOMER YOU DON'T LOSE ONE...........YOU LOSE 21.

the object of the excerise is not to have any dissatisfied clients,when the work is prequalified and done correctly there is no reason for clients to be unhappy with your service. The problems arise when the client is not educated about your service and its limitations and expect everything to be brand new before you recieve payment, an educated client will go a long way to praise your service to thier friends.

We base our whole company on word of mouth. No problems argueing price of anything, they just call and say DO IT!!
