I currentley clean windows and gutters for residential and property managment companies. I am looking for the best portable unit. I am leaning torwards a 100 or 200 ninja. Maybye a rotovac powerwand. Any ideas would help me greatly. Im new to this trade thanks much... ------------- james cullen |

The Ninja & Roto-Vac might be just a tad harsh for windows, plus they're pretty heavy..............I would go with...........uummmmmm...............a rag and a pail of water. Nightrider |

nightrider has a great sense of humor. the 200 has more sucking power.
you want that. I like the rx20 instead of the roto, but the roto is good too. just personal perference. I use portable on hi rise condo. prespray, scrub,with some machine, heat your water. if he nija doesn't have a heater, get a 1000 watt submersible in a 5 gal. bucket. follow up with a bonnet & roto to dry. I've used portable and got the carpets too wet cuz I used a rx20, which spits out lots but with only 100 psi in my machine, it did't suck so good. I'[m now gonna use the rx to scrub, , a wand to clean, puts out less water, and a bonnet attachment to my rx to dry. that and fans. lots more work so stick an extra 50-$60.00 in there for all your trouble. Oh and roll in a trip charge. someone's gotta pay for that gas and it better not be you. best, frankie C. |

The psi has nothing to do with the vacuum (suction). All the Ninjas have 150" water lift and if you upgrade to the dual three stage vac you'll have 185" water lift. Apparantly there's a vac booster that'll get you well over 200" lift. ------------- "The best compliment is a referal" |

rotovac is slow use a good prespray and some elbow grease so you dont have to spend so much money on starting up
