I was reading the Daily News here in NYC. Macy's does Carpet cleaning , I already knew that. So I look at the Ad and it says $25 per room with a * of course so I read the fine print and it says:
$50 min per service call (which is fine) Shampoo extra charge, & if you want truck mount service extra charge. Only dark carpet is $25 per room cleaned only with hot water.
Macys is using Bait and Switch What a disgrace! A multi million company like that can't even be honest in their ADS.

I don't have one other than YP's and it says nothing about price
on the occassional flyer I do I list actual prices and in normal sized lettering I do mention 1200sq. ft. or less ------------- A.K.A. Andy |

They should list the services as packages. Basic = prespray, extract, open areas only Premium = Move funiture,vacuum, prespray, agitate T-areas, extract, groom Cadillac = Move furniture, vacuum, prespray, agitate T-areas, extract, carpet protector and deodorizer, groom
