If there are any of you out there who have any experience in construction, renovation, or a very good handy man with the desire to learn more .......then this is for you.
I am offering you a career move that will change your life drastically, during the learning process you can still enjoy your carpet cleaning but eventually you will decide to chuck it away for this exciting new career.
If you have the basic knowledge of wall construction, plumbing, electricity, foundations, framing and roofing then this is defitately for you, if your experience is less than adaquate it still can be for you but with a greater effort on your part to suceed to be certified.
I have directed 1 man in Montreal towards this career and he is now boasting earnings of $ 1200 to $ 2000 per day with the help of his wife.
Another father & son team earn $ 800 to $ 1200 daily each, they constantly keep in touch with me weekly and never forget to say thanks even after 2 years, he was a city street worker before and his son was fresh out of college working part time for a renovation/demolishion company.
I am making this offer to learn about this opportunity once and only once......PLEASE NO TIRE KICKERS NEED APPLY.....This is a serious career move for those who want to excell into another field other than sucking crap out of carpets for the rest of their lives, or until your back gives out.
I am asking nothing in return except for your sucess and the odd call from time to time to let me know how things are going, to become certified there is a 6 months interval or longer depending how fast you act upon this info and how serious you are......there will be courses you must take either in a classroom enviroment or by correspondance..........you can still apply your carpet cleaning in as a sideline if you like.
Finally............If nobody responds to this, I couldn't care less, this boat is stopping for thoses who want to excell and earn some decent money for their families......once the boat sails.....IT WILL BE TOO LATE.........I WILL NEVER POST THIS OPPORTUNITY AGAIN........ There is a reason for this.........The United States and Canadian governments are planning new rules and changes for this career and will set very high standards and guidelines in the near future......a university degree will be required.
This is a ground breaking career opportunity, those who get in now will be rewarded down the road.
For those who are interested or asking themselves the question...........why don't I do it myself.............I am doing it, I will be writting my examination for certification soon.......I personally got into this because I enjoy keeping busy and meeting new and exciting people.

If they're good at sucking crap out of carpets and it feeds their family, all the power to them This is a top of the line career move with earning of $300.000 plus income when certified, plus cash incentives. I believe most of us are all programmed or influenced by our parents as to what we are worth and we carry on life expecting to get no more than that. When we hear of big money we simply discount it as its not for me.
I talk with two different types of carpet cleaning personalities in my job. Most charge much much too little because that is what they feel they are worth.
Many others boast of actually ripping people off as they cleaned carpets and made four hundred dollars in two hours. This same guy may not recognize that is what he is worth. He only feels he hit a mark and that's a "Shame"
Now yes there are the others who set time and quality at fair market value. These are usually the ones that last in business and are in for the long haul.

Over the years here on KleenKuip, I have read posts of guys boasting how they renovate their homes, fix their own truckmounts, one guy ( who I won't mention ) even said that to be a carpet cleaner you have to have knowledge of Electricity, Plumbing, Mechanics, & Chemistry..................where is he now
It's unfortunate that I have not received even 1 inquiry from somebody with enough self confidence or minute interest or curosity to how to better themselfs socially & economically to a higher plateau of success on the ladder of social status

Property Preservation:
My Co. hires out to property management Co's to make properties or apartments "Market Ready". This includes things as simple as cleaning to as major as Kitchen Cabinets installed and flooring replacement.
Basically, whatever it takes to make the property ready for the market.
Most of the properties are section 8 and are in very bad shape.
We also clean the carpets!!!!!
We also "Secure" properties for banks that have foreclosed on properties and winterize or make repairs.

I am a carpet tech working in Dallas, Texas. I am trying to open my own carpet cleaning business. I found this site through the ICS board recently. I was intrigued by your post and in good faith I registered so that I could respond to it. As I mentioned in my inital response, I have the qualifications that you mentioned. I did not realize that I needed to complete a Bio or have a certain number of posts under my belt to be taken seriously. I checked your Bio and it didn't appear to offer much more information than I provided. As you stated in your post, I responded in an open forum, not embarrassed. Basically...what Dennis_is_OK said is........to be carefull or watch out, not to trust me and that I was crazy............
The thing is, I'm always the one with the ideas, I'm the one not afraid to take a chance ( even if it means failure ) I'm the one who always shares my good ideas that have worked for me in the past, I'm the one who lets others in on my new ideas to have an edge on the competition, & I'm the one who always likes to see others succeed using my ideas and info.
When I see an opening to make money, I'll share it with others FREE of CHARGE so that they too can help others down the road.
I have NEVER EVER read any post here from other carpet cleaners that would offer even the dirty sweat off their back to help another cleaner in dire need.
GREED fills the air in this business, and turns the industry TOXIC to the point of low balling, throat cutting, sub concontracting sucking little bitch prostitutes that can't make it on their own because they lack the skills, talent,and knowledge to be anything more than a leach on society scamming customers to make a buck.
So if any of you think I'm crazy......then don't respond to what I have to say.
