some pre-sprays say they work better with
hot water!
 so carpet experts would you be so kind to
share if & how you get your hot water?Stir the Pot

That's really terrible and pathetic. But, that is another story.
 
I would suggest using as HOT a tap water available. A great pre-spray will--help-- compensate the difference in temperature(s)

Hyda- force sprayer here,
although it does put down more moisture than a pump up sprayer. But I'm going for the convenience and the speed of applying.
