Any unique ideas on "service" calls or "call-backs". We get the odd one and just go back at no additional charge in most cases....unless it was identified on our pre-inspection form that client has signed and acknowledged.

There is one hell of a difference between a service call and a CALL BACK??? Did I read some where that you are a 4.5 truck operation??? You don't know the difference between calls??

Questions are what get you the answers you are looking for! I'm not a carpet cleaner, I don't clean carpet at all...I run the business and ask the questions to grow the business.
