Just wounding how many people give away a free spotter after cleaning. If so do you think it works retaining customers.

many years ago we left a small bottle of hand cleaner/lotion with our name on it. We got the most from them unfortunately we couldn't get them any longer. It was a fancy tear drop type bottle that looked as good by the kitchen sink as it did in the bathroom.

Have been leaving a bottle of Procyon spotter on some of the bigger residential jobs for over 10 years. This is a fantastic soap free product so it does not have the returning spot syndrome. customer using this may clean up spots that they may have normally called me for , but in the long run they seem to remember me and schedule a cleaning when reminded. Then cleaning seems to be easier , in that the spots were taken care of on time by the customer and not "set" by time.

I remember this comment way back about 3 years ago when this topic can up.... I agree...hand cream is a great idea...it's just off the wall and out of the norm...no matter how many spotters people have they still run for the dishwashing soap...LOL..

The whole world has quickly become aware of hand sanitizers. The bottle sits everywhere at the entrance of many buildings especially healthcare facilities.

You can now purchase a small hand sanitizer packaged in a tube with an easy applicator.

This with your company's name on the it could be an excellent advertisment giveaway. I even saw on this one site last week where this hand sanitizer product had alcohol in it and it actually removed ink stainks from carpet and clothing.

Ninja

What do you think of Poof spotter?  Looked as this guys site before he looks like he is making this stuff out of his basement.  Have you tried any other of this chemicals?

Ive tried  Home pro Spotter , Spot Out (from Interlink) and procyon before the Poof. And I find that Poof works Great and you cant beat the price.

Quote from one of my customer " Thang, Your Poof is the Bomb Diggity!!" (No lie).

Good thing When you buy from Steve Smith is that...If you dont like what Youve bought...He'll refund every penny and let you keep the remaining product. BTW, He also send out sample packs of his products.

Or...You can go to http://www.hardballchemical.com - www.hardballchemical.com and get their spotters...Works even better than poof!! I reccommend the 16oz spray bottle. But, its a bit more pricier than Poof. After I give out all my Poof..Im ordering some from Hardball.

Ps-Hardball Soil-Blocker Protector is the BEST!!

I dont think Hardball advertise their spotter program on the website.SO, You would be better to just call Mike (the owner) up and ask about it.
