This is the story:
GreenGlides: The above is correct....HOWEVER we are seeking to have this judgment rescinded on several issues. First, the judge on this case, Dale Kimball's law firm represented Harris Research before he became a judge. He has recused (removed himself) from all other cases regarding Harris Research in the past, but failed to in this case. Legally he should not have been allowed to hear or pass judgment on this case. Second, the court had granted my motion for delay, and had not specified a date by which response was required. However, they drafted this motion citing that we failed to respond in a timely manner. It will require us to a secure an attorney quickly to take action against it, but it is far from over in this corner. Ken Harris: The case against him still remains open and is not closed. There is no settlement. Mytee: This is the case to watch right now boys and girls. They met for a settlement conference on the 6th of this month and were unable to come to an agreement. A case management protocol has been filed. This case is being heard in California, which puts Harris Research at a distinct geographical disadvantage. They have attacked the Harris Research patents based on the claim of invalidity as well as non-infringement. SOOOOO.....It's all still up in the air despite what you may hear from Canada, or Utah for that matter. We DO need to get ourselves a good attorney quickly. We had an attorney previously but were forced to let her go due to financial constraints. Thanks for your concern guys. Take care, Lisa |

You are right about that John. I win either way it goes.
If full-size glides stay in the USA marketplace, I win because I sell them there for as little as $49 each. I am the lowest cost producer in the market, and would obtain the majority of the sales. If Full-size glides disapear from the US marketplace, I win because I am the lowest cost provider and biggest seller of the lip glides in the market. Sales only grow if larger glides are not in the market. |

I have bought several items from Ken.
All have arrived here in Australia without any hassles.
I wrecked a glide ( my fault ) rang Ken and explained what i did
and he posted ( by air ) FREE OF CHARGE a replacement.
So for service and back up support , if your after a glide or lip for your wand, l can only say Ken is the man to contact.
Dont listen to GOSSIP, try things and ppl for yourself and make up your own mind.
Thats my thoughts.

Maybe we should bring up the incident where Ken was "LENT" a wand and never returned back. Then he got confronted at Connection and almost got beat up by the guy, So he made up some crazy made up story....Then, he offered to pay the guy back in teflon LMAO.
He also got kicked out of Conncetions for selling glides out a a briefcase...I mean C'mon!! Who does sh*t like that??!!
To be honest, Ken has never done anything bad to me. But just see how he conducts himself on the boards and how he's been caught in SooOooO many lies makes him lose all credibilty to me. I wouldnt do biz with a shady Businessman...WOuld you???

I think that any business initiative he took on will undoubtedly end up the same way as the mess he is in now. If you didn’t enjoy so much the joust of taking a contrarian position you could more readily accept that there is truth in what a significant number of people who have experienced the consequences of his business practices have said.
