A friend of the family wants her walls chem sponged after her small fire in her basement. Being a new owner, but not new to the industry, how much should I charge for cleaning the walls and ceiling? The ceiling is 8 feet and I have about 150 ln ft of wall space. Please only helpful comments, thank you guys!!

Are you saying the ceiling height is 8 feet?
I would say approx. $0.25 per sq. ft for ceiling. Do you have an extension pole or will you have to use a ladder?
Walls $0.23 per sq. ft.
I also would charge for room prep. That's the cost for you to get setup. Removong pics and contents that is up to yopu what you charge?
