| need answer on chemical,using a traffic lane cleaner ph(13)now the distrbutor is saying that you do not need to neutralize or use a final rinse in the last step because that it does not leave a residue call someone help my cause |

Anything over a ph of 10 can void warranties on most carpets, a ph of 13 is asking for trouble and if you continue to use it you better neutralize it, your distributor does not know too much about carpet cleaning in my world. ------------- DON ELDRED YOU CAN "STAND" ON OUR REPUTATION |
