need answer on chemical,using a traffic lane cleaner ph(13)now the distrbutor is saying that you do not need to neutralize or use a final rinse in the last step because that it does not leave a residue call someone help my cause

Anything over a ph of 10 can void warranties on most carpets, a ph of 13 is asking for trouble and if you continue to use it you better neutralize it, your distributor does not know too much about carpet cleaning in my world.

This high of a pH will eventually cause some problems with dyeloss among other things.

sorry tlc is 10.5 but still they saying that no residue is left in carpet can this be true???     been away have 2 push the wand!!!!!
