I have been so un-happy with chemspec, prochem, chemiesters, and so on and so on that have made my own formula. It took months of experimentation a few call backs and an occasional what the F***. but Finally i came with what I consider the ultimate formula. It works on all carpet, furniture (except tapestry i always test to make sure its colorfast) and even use it on drapes. How many of you make your own chemicals just curious.

We're not chemists, but we have been known to do some tweaking now and then

Over-priced, over-hyped, liquids slow down drying and powders are a pain to mix, The better ones are not safe for stain resistant carpets, Matrix is the better one IMO. Too many products for too many issues. We like to keep things as simple. If you tell a worker, use this for nylon, use the for polyester and this for wool and this for olefin, and here is how you test to determine what your working with. And then we haven't even discussed what to do about furniture. Well ,you see my point?

To ken
For all the research and development their products still don't cut it for me. Who's the jackass that doesn't strive for perfection. I wouldn't expect someone that can't even spell development to engage in any.

hey splash, hydrogen peroxide is very unstable and breaks down too easily to be of any use in a concentrated carpet cleaning mixture. Also, I wonder why anyone would use Zep are you trying to kill yourself and your customers. If anyone reads Splash's Formula make sure your liability insurance is paid up.
