I'll teach you what I know about the pressure washing business. I currently own a power washing business, but want to get into carpet cleaning during the slow winter months.

If you teach me all the basics and insider secrets to the carpet cleaning business, I will share everything I know about the pressure washing business. Including what I know about marketing the business. You'll get the same business forms and everything I use as well.

You could easily ad a pressure washing service in with your existing carpet cleaning business to help when business is slow and their are fewer clients for carpet cleaning. And if you think it will cost you thousands of dollars to get started with a power washing business, think again. You're already a step ahead of the game if you already own a carpet cleaning business, and it's easier than you might think.

I prefer everything to be written down because I learn and retain information better so  be willing to write what you know down.

Please  send me a message if you are interested in this.

Thanks,

Louis

Thanks I'll keep that in mind. Either way it would be profitable to be able to offer both services.

Best thing to do is take a IICRC class

I'll look into the class to get the basics down, but I would bet that some of you have some insider knowledge from years of experience running your carpet cleaning business, that no class would teach.

The same with the pressure washing business. I guarantee I can share some tricks of the trade that you won't find in any class or book.

It is hard to put it into words, I guess we do things everyday and do not think of them as tricks of the trade. I would think it would be better to find someone near you that would be willing to let you go out with them on some jobs to see first hand how they go about cleaning carpets. I should ask what cleaning method you are going to use in your venture into this industry. Some suppliers are carpet cleaners as well and can train you if you buy their products.

Rick, believe it or not, that's the perfect scenario.  Anyone who helps you out will be someone who won't be your future competition. It seems to me that you need to take a trip and work for someone for free for at least a week.  That's a small investment for all that experience.
