My superintendent  at my apartment called me and asked if I could do him a favour. No matter who he called the spots kept reoccurring in the halls after cleaning. We cleaned them with the water claw and assured him they were gone for good. Now since we rushed to do the job and did not have a wipe up towel for a small spill in the elevator we created. Now the owner comes by and says don't call these people again, they messed up the elevator.

The message is:

We left an excellent impression on carpet cleaning but blew it by leaving wand drippings in the elevator.

Ted: Was the carpet glued down?  How effective would that claw be on that, other than just flushing on the surface of the concrete.  I am confused.  A poltice would have done the same thing after cleaning  if there was that much wicking maybe more wet and extraction passes or just bonnet  clean. Guitar  In hallways spots have a tendency of coming back just not in the same area.

Don't worry Ted the owner is just jealous because you have the Penthouse and he wants it for himself.

The spots in question were dog urine. I figure a combination of the dust in the carpet made the original spot expand along with urine that soaked through the carpet and continued to wick up after every cleaning. The carpet had no underpad and semi glue down. I will keep you up-to-date on how it looks down the road. I now wish I had taken pictures.
