I started an idea months back and is now growing some roots. Although I cannot tell you every little trick I applied, I can give you enough info to custom taylor this idea to fit your specific area and business plan.

 

I started 2 companies that compete against each other, one is called  "Metropolitian Home Services ", and the other "Spectrum Home Association" one has a larger variety of services and is geared for the people who don't mind paying a little extra in exchange for their time of relaxation with family or on the golf course.

 

We basically take care of their household chores, it is a complete home ownership plan that consists of Carpet Cleaning & or ceramic or wood.....Window cleaning.....lawn care including treatments.....alum. cleaning as well as brick.....any and all interior home services such as Painting, wallpaper, small plumbing and electrical, woodwork, as well as renovations. I cannot go into detail of all services but you get the idea.

 

I offer Free Benefits annually. Roof inspection, brick pointing, after winter wind damage on all siding, deck inspection and interior attic inspection for any possible small roofing leaks. Interior walls are checked for cracks, interior basement foundation , etc etc etc..........basically an overall home condition .

 

I do offer a monthly payment plan and my own credit card, interest free. There is a cash up front deposit which is paid after inspection and 2 services are done.
