Ok just getting everything up and going with this biz. I have my van, maketing in place and website up and running. I'm wondering what everyone uses for their Database and contact/ customer management...... I have been looking at service monster....Any feedback on this software and others would be greatly appreciated.

I use quickbooks for running the books, excel or mysql for sorting and doing query searches for specific projects. I have looked at service monster but decided to not act upon it. Hi, Personally, I am on Tiolive to do all these stuffs. I think it works great. I was told about it by some friend who run a SMB and I like it. I enter all my clients, I can track each email sent to one client, I send press campaigns, offer campaigns, etc. It really makes me save time. |
