What is your prefered way to do this? Do you offer discounts the more people they refer to you, and if so, what amount or percentage do you give? We give the customers a free bottle of spot remover with each cleaning. The bottle contains our name and phone number  and offers free refills for as long as they have us clean their carpets. What other things do you do?

That's a good one Ken...basically anything that you can leave behind with your name and phone number on it is a good thing.

How bout a fridge magnet?

Yep, that too. Put it on the fridge for them when we are done the job. Can't leave too many things to remind them, cause they forget who cleaned their carpet 10 days or less after you are gone.
