A lady had a water damage, the company never picked up the phoenix 200(not Max or HT), she sold the phoenix and a 3 speed fan on craigslist for 200 bucks.

Anyway. It seems to me that its not switching into defrost. The compressor runs fine, but the pipes get frozen, and after 5 minutes it switches off for 2 minutes then switches back on.

Any ideas on to how to fix this?
