Hi All

Just discovered this forum and I am please to be a pert of it. I hope to gain insight, knowledge and satisfaction from you - the experience Gurus of carpet cleaning. I know at first newbies can be a little dense at times but please bare with me; take me under your wing. In the months or years to come I hope to come to know and regard you as "friends" and "mentors" and hope to earn that privilege also.
