Just found this board and thought I would join and check in from time to time. I am in a suburb of Houston, Texas called Humble. (H is silent) My company cleans carpet, tile, upholstery, we have a full rug cleaning plant in our shop, we also do water restoration, as well as have another company that actually sells Phoenix restoration equipment. I have been in the business 20 years and don't mind sharing the things I know. Just ask.
