Hey guys, wanted to introduce myself. I am a carpet cleaning professional just turned owner. Based out of Petaluma, CA, I am coming here to look for some insight on how to improve my customer service, learn new cleaning techniques, and hopefully gain some insight on the best marketing techniques.
