SO WHAT UP BOYZ?

DID KEN GET THE CARPET DRY IN 90 SECONDS OR WHAT?

Were the holes in his glide or in his head?

RX20 glides did get the carpet drier faster.

Steamin Demon glide was very successful even on a thick wool area rug going widthwise.

I don't know about the wand glides.

Splash your selling your machine, are you getting out of the business? Maybe this could be a good thing, we all know it's guys like you that are ruining this industry. Splash $$$ dash and your so proud of it, that's the scary part.

No one did measure the dry times of glides vs no glides (don't know what you are talking about LEE).  So the jury is still out on the dry time controversy.  This means I don't want to hear you making outrageous claims about that ok Ken!!! LOL Yeah right.

But I will say that if Ken marketed them on ease of use and how much strain it takes off of your back and arm muscles....he would have a slam dunk.

By the way, Ken is a really nice guy in person.  Very knowledgeable and passionate.

If you know what is good for you get it dry as quickly as possible

With all the machines and people it was hard to measure anything.  I have been using SGK's glides. I will report on how his new glide performes.  I know he would want that.  So lets be patient and see what happens.Guitar

Splash looks like I hit a sore note with you. No I don't know you but it was your own words that said I just go into the home owners house splash some water down, grab the cash and take off. You said who cares if I get the spots out and you never do any call backs because you don't leave a calling card.

This type of service is what I am talking about. You never have anything positive to say and you just showed me were your head is at by the way you answered me. So have a nice day because it looks like my point was well taken.

Splash now your a partner, keep talking maybe you will eventually reveal yourself.

I am surprised that the personality's at Kleen Kuip would keep your company from buying from us. I have worked with Ted for 15 years and have the highest respect for his genuine concern to go out of his way to help his customers. To read your statement is definitely a first for Kleen Kuip.

If you have a quarrel with me Splash that's ok I can deal with that but I am very disappointed that you feel it is ok to put down Ted and his company while you are on his forum.

ADWA:  I thinks Splash's partener is probably Mr. Socko.  I can understand why he uses a different name.  How would like to read this board and find that your cleaner thinks you are a d**k and he just ripped you off?  Besides he prpbably get his supplies at Wal Mart.Guitar

Mr. Steamer:  That is the good thing about a place like the GTA.  You may never run out of new customers.  And if you do you can start over with a new name.Guitar

Naw Naw they never forget a face.....plus if you change names too often how do you get repeat business....

Changing artwork for advertising is expensive... changing phone numbers gets out of hand...

most of the crap cleaners end up out of business

Mr. Steamer:  You don't have to change your name. Over 55% of the people after one week cannot remember who or how their carpets were cleaned.Guitar

Mr. Steamer: Maybe that is only in the GTA.  Around here we still get calls asking if we are the company coming to clean.  People forget when they answer the phone or read the coupon for cheap.Guitar
