I guess if it has furniture in it it is not empty. I have had people carry a piece of furniture into an empty apt. I was cleaning to have it cleaned.

maybe it's my area but I find the upper middle classs to be willing to pay more,,,actually be willing to clear a path for you,,and far more likely to tip

 

empties are da bomb

 

might be more carpet to clean but I'm in I'm out I'm done

actually goes far quicker and I don't have to worry about booties,what chem's I use,,,how much I crank the heat on the machine and I don't have to move nuthin except my wand and hoses.

 

I'll take a set of keys to an empty house rather than knock on a snobby housewives house any day

but that's just me

They are pickier, thats for sure, and they follow you around the house too. I have to admit that I enjoy cleaning the rentals more myself too.

Too bad they don't pay as well as the high end residentials. I have seen plenty of challenges there too BTW, but at least the pay for getting them clean again is much better.
