I think you have to determine DLD what you consider is rinsing????...or yes you will have everyone running around in circles.

cmaster maybe the reason that you are doing nasties all the time is because your customer's carpets are turning nasty from all the surfactants left in the carpet from your emulsifier rinse.

Maybe it's because you don't have the right customers, Paul. I used to have the same problem a few years ago. I fired them all and replaced them with better customers.

Too bad they don't pay as well as the high end residentials. I have seen plenty of challenges there too BTW, but at least the pay for getting them clean again is much better.

Don't worry Ken, I do high end residentials as well. Maybe more money in high ends, but not as much cleaning satisfaction

They are pickier, thats for sure, and they follow you around the house too. I have to admit that I enjoy cleaning the rentals more myself too.
