There's no cheap way, unless you borrowing someone's equipment.

This is pretty crazy,I just happened to have one of those meters in my garage,its a little old but it is in good shape,I have had this thing for like 20 years or more and never used it once,maybe I will get some use of it now,maybe.

Darn it is a 4 inch one,I am not sure if it will work,I will have to do some research.

Most of the gauges shown will work with the 1 or 2 vac porties out there. To measure TM airflow or high performance portables, you need equipment that can read up to 500 cfm or more.
