We need a sales section on this board!  I never hear you guys talk about sales within your company?!?   I  wanna hear about some up-selling.....i wanna hear from the strong salesman out there.....what are u guys running per copy (job) ?  how do u guys advertise to get your foot in the door?  All i read about is equipment this chemical this which is great info but over rated....it's all about sales to be successful........

Everybody is different  a good salesman listins to the customer, downloads it, and tailors his pitch from that.....i tell u that i never start pitching sh*t right when i walk in the house that's for sure,  my first objective is to plant seeds "i see a few spots right here mrs. customer,  that's urine right? Don't worry i've got something that will kill that at the source"  just planted my seed for a deodorizing treatment.....you get the idea.  I tell u this i worked for a company called Deluxe Carpet Cleaning....it's a franchise which consists of like 47 stores across America .....i was number one in the country in up sells, i was averaging 1,000 a day from 3 to 5 jobs.   i was flying out to Houston to meet the owner so he could make me the manager of any store of my choice within 3 months in the business,  and i was using a 400 dollar powerflite floor scrubber!!  This business is all about getting a alot of jobs keeping ur over head low and SALES SALES SALES.....
