When I'm in Canada, I'm reaching for a Labatt's Blue. It's what a Heineken trys to be, but does not have that skunky- cig in the toilet taste a Heineken gives you. Molson Golden is good too, if it is ice cold, but it gets a little watery toward the end. Moosehead is what a Molson should taste like, and is a great beer, but the worst hangovers I have ever had was after a night of drinking Moosehead by the campfire. It really does feel like a Moose stepped on your head.

To me, Moosehead is the complete opposite...no hangovers (maybe a Moose really did step on your head). I spent a small fortune on cases of 24 Moosehead this Christmas looking for a Moosehead toque. I finally got one after my 9th case. Heineken tastes like carbonated dish water with a hint of skunk butt aftertaste.
Good ol' Budweiser is still one of my favourites.
Cheers!

Bud has a price now that would make you think it is Canadian. Red Dog is cheaper and just as good. IMO

Sounds like the medical term for crabs. That " Pistoles" part, I'll just keep it in the holster.

Thats the idea....on a hot day you can bang back 6 or so ...no nasty after taste and they are less filling....
I put my coors in the freezer until they almost freeze.
there is nothing like an ice cold coors light

I imagine that after Steamer knocks back 6 or more beers, it is time for everyone else to clear the roads in the GTA?
