What would be the most important specs to look for when purchasing a slide in truck mount? What are the specs you all suggest for a good beginner unit? I will probably be getting a VERY large government cafeteria on a quarterly basis. It will probably be just myself for now but may end up needing another person later. Should I look for a double wand unit or just go with a single?
