Terrible pricing you got there Mr. Steamer. Heck, maybe the guy is using a TM to do it too. At least when I was cleaning houses in the GTA 26 years ago, I was getting $99 per house and only had to use a steamex single vac portable machine that I bought used from Ted for $600.

Steamer, The cheapest price only draws the cheapest clients. Price is only one small slice of the pie, just like you can focus more on certain aspects of the cleaning pie (CHAT: chemistry, heat, aggitation, time) to make up for other areas you lack in, you can do the same with the "marketing/service" pie. Service business pie: - Customer service - Image - Price - Quality - Scope of services/products -Trustworthiness If you are weak on one aspect, focus more on another...those guys are focusing on the price aspect, you just need to focus more on the other aspects of the pie.
