DLD The Ninja with 2 normal three stage vacuums will not blow fuses as long as it is plugged into Two Separate 15amp service and not on long extension cords. If you have an American made Ninja with two high performance 3 stage that offer 200 inches of lift rather than the standard that offers 180 in" of water lift, Yes you will shut down breakers. To know if you are into separate lines you should look at purchasing the circuit locator, this saves frustration and embarrassment. Who needs to pay for a load of meat or ice cream the next morning. A circuit locator can offer you peace of mind when you know your employees are out there doing their thing.

You can have 5 plugs running on the same breaker and a 15 amp breaker holds about 1700 watts before it heats up and pops. So you also need to look for other things that may be plug in like computers and stuff. When I run my ninja, I aways walk around and check all the plugs. I have been in houses were I even had to shut over head lights off. But I have not had that problem in offices even old ones. |

Actually, it is the opposite of what you just said Steamer. Lamb Amteck motors draw their maximum amp draw when NOT under load, because that is the time that they move their maximum air flow, which is what takes the most energy. When under load by restricting the airflow as when the wand is on the carpet, airflow goes down drastically, and so does the amp draw. I have tested this many times with my meter, and it always works this way. Interestingly, PD blowers work exactly the oposite to this, increasing the energy needed as lift increases. Go figgure, eh?
