Around here, there's only a couple of guys I know with employees. Both on hourly rates.

Multiple van operations are usually either a franchise, or worked by subcontractors who own thier own van, gear, chem, and split profits with the head office. $25 bucks per room, with a 3 room minimum.  They don't move anything, they don't vacuum, they don't rake the carpet... heck, I don't even think they clean the carpet at that price!

One company approached me and offered me 30% of every job.
Another offered me 50%

You could tell by the eyepatches and bottle 'o rum what they really were.

Stanley money isn't every thing, well just about not every thing.

I am happy, I get up every morning for the last 15 years, look forward to getting into work every day just to talk with you guys. I blink my eyes and its time to go home.

I think the percentage of people feeling how I do each day is low. I consider myself lucky.

God it sounds like I fishing for a raise   Anybody listening
