Poor cleaning also cost money?? The results are in the eye of the beholder?? some just don't know weather they got a good job or not?

How could I show my customers that my prices are higher, unless I show them their coupons.  
If everyone keeps lowering their prices, soon we will have to pay to clean customers carpets.
