	Well...I was under the house for anout 1.5 hours and my helper was there for about 2.5 hrs...He got $18 an hour. sooo... 4300-45(helper)-250(materials)=4005/1.5 hours =$2,670/hour of my working time. I gave the helper two Franklins for 'hazzard pay"....he about sh*t he was so happy! You do what you want, I cleaned/sealed the tile and stone in the place for the new owners...another ~$2400. I'm gonna have to send them a reminder card soon.

There are a lot of company's that just chew custy's up and spit them out. sure you may make a lot in one shot...but they will never use you again...they will NEVER give you any referrals....and if by chance they find out that one of their friends is going to use you...they will advise against it Edited by MR. 	sounds like alot of work....i'd rather be there for 30 to 45 minutes and smash out 500 to 600 dollars ;)

	It was a house that was being sold. The inspector found concrete spalling caused by efflorescence on the foundation in the crawlspace. We went in and scraped off as much efflorescence as we could and applied a sealer. Waited a week for sealer to cure and pressure washed the rest off.... It was a PITA, but I sure charged for it! House could now sell...custy tickled!
